Because our products are digital downloads that become accessible after purchase, all sales are final once access to the purchased digital product has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, purchasing the wrong product, or incompatibility with equipment when the applicable product specifications and compatibility information were disclosed before purchase.

• You are unable to access or download your purchase.
• Your download is incomplete or corrupted.
• You received the wrong digital file.
• The digital file has a technical problem that prevents it from functioning as described.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

We will first attempt to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement download or corrected file. If we are unable to resolve a qualifying issue, we may provide an appropriate refund or other remedy where required by applicable law or where we determine it is appropriate.
